Delivery & Returns Policy:  


At Air Brows®, we prioritise providing exceptional customer service. Our  delivery services cover most postal areas within the UK, ensuring prompt  delivery to your doorstep. However, there are a few remote postcodes where  we cannot offer next day delivery. These areas include the Scottish  Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and  Northern Ireland. 

1. Standard UK Delivery:  

For Standard UK Delivery, the shipping cost starts at £6.50 However, we  offer free DPD Standard UK Delivery for orders exceeding £100- 

2. Next Day UK Delivery: 

We also provide the option for Next Day UK delivery through DPD, with  prices starting from £9.35 


All orders completed before 19:30pm on a working day will be dispatched  the next working day via the chosen delivery service. Please ensure that you  are available to accept the delivery of goods. In the event of a missed  delivery, kindly contact the courier directly (not Air Brows®) to rearrange the  delivery. 

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and the Channel Islands 

For orders below £100- delivered to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, or  the Channel Islands, a shipping fee of £14- will apply. For orders exceeding  £100-, the shipping fee will be reduced to £8-. 

Deliveries to areas outside the mentioned regions: 

For delivery to areas outside the areas specified above, we will provide a  personalised shipping quote based on factors such as weight, volume, and  the exact location.

At Air Brows®, we prioritise the safety and satisfaction of our artist  community. We take great care to ensure that our products are sealed and  sterilised to maintain their quality. Therefore, all sales are considered final,  and we cannot accept returns on usable products. However, we understand  that there may be exceptional circumstances, and under certain conditions,  we may make an exception to our return policy. 

Exceptional Cases for Returns: 

Damaged or Imperfect Items:  

If your items arrive damaged or in a condition that is not perfect, we will  gladly replace them. To be eligible for a replacement, please notify us within  7 days of the purchase date. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at  no additional cost. 

Return Process For Exceptional Case: 

If you believe your situation meets the return eligibility criteria, please follow  these steps: 

1. Reach out to us via email to initiate the return  process. 

2. Upon review, if your return is approved, we will provide you with return  instructions. 

3. If the damaged products need to be shipped back to us, our Customer  Support Team will assist you in making the return shipment  arrangements.
